Our flexible magnetic sheets are strong but surface-safe—perfect for turning your favourite designs into custom magnets. They're sourced from an Australian manufacturer, supporting local and ensuring reliable, long-lasting quality.

Prints
We print on premium photopaper using professional inkjet printers for sharp, vibrant images with a soft lustre finish. The result? Rich, gallery-quality prints you’ll want to keep forever!

Packaging
Each order is carefully packaged in minimal, beautifully designed envelopes and rigid mailers. Your items arrive safely and securely, with a sophisticated touch that’s ready to give, or keep just for you.

Postage
Standard postage is FREE on orders over $100 - yay! No code needed; if your order qualifies the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Our orders include packaging, handling, postage and tracking.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the creation of your order, with additional time for shipping. Save the Date’s and Invitations usually take a little longer, as we provide a proof for your approval before processing. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you’ll always know where we’re at. If your order is urgent, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If your magnets need a refresh (say, after some grubby little hands), just wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth. They tolerate water, but be mindful about dunking them in a bowl - I tried, and the edges started fraying after a few rounds. Research and development at its finest!

Order Cancellations
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we're happy to assist with modifications or cancellations. Simply email us with your order number and details of the changes you'd like to make.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Exchanges and Returns
As our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. Please ensure you’re happy with your order details before completing your purchase.

Faulty Order
We take quality control seriously, but sometimes things can go wrong. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days with the following details:

- Your order number
- The product name
- Photographs of the defect

We’ll happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for any faulty or incorrect items, because we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Our packaging is minimal, elegant, and made from sustainable materials to ensure your product arrives safely and responsibly. We prioritise sourcing local and national materials for our products. While designed to last, we also encourage responsible disposal and recycling to further reduce impact.
